Russell A. Marcellis, 55, Luxemburg, passed away March 26, 2012. He will be sadly missed by his significant other Lisa Phillips; son, Russell (Jeana); daughters, Jennifer, Janelle, Jessica and Danielle Phillips; 3 grandchildren, Russell, Mya, and Marissa.
