Obituary

Bruce Allen Belter passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at home. He was born February 7, 1957, in Oconto County, to the late Robert Sr. and Lois (Weier) Belter. He married the love of his life, Pamela M. Flavion, on October 6, 1984, at Robinsonville Presbyterian Church in Champion.

He began his career at Rosiere Cheese, moved to Emerson Motors in Sturgeon Bay, went to Sanimax in 1989, retired from Robinson Inc. in 2023, and worked part-time through the years hauling milk for Dejardin Trucking.

Bruce enjoyed a number of hobbies. He loved watching NASCAR and Formula 1, all Wisconsin sports, and was an avid collector of many things, especially the love of those around him. He enjoyed spending time with his boys, Troy and Trent, mowing his lawn, and camping in Shawano with Pam. Bruce never lost his sense of optimism and desire to do his best!

Bruce is survived by his loving wife of forty-one years, Pam; sons Troy (Megan) and Trent; brothers Robert Jr. (Patty), Randy "Sam" (Sherry), and Rodney; sister Bonnie Micolichek; father-in-law Ronald (fiancée Anna Jefferson) Flavion; sisters-in-law Penny (Rob) Starr and Peggy Cherney; brother-in-law Paul Flavion (Todd Last); and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Sundrop; cats John and Kaiser; and "grand dog" Otis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Lois Belter; brother Richard "Talker" Belter; mother-in-law Elaine (Dequaine) Flavion; brother-in-law Scott Micolichek; nephew Sam Belter; and special aunt Anita Weier.

Friends may call at St. John Lutheran Church, Luxemburg from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2026. Visitation will continue at the church from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2026. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating.
