Larry Bouchonville

Larry J. Bouchonville, 88, Dyckesville, passed away Wednesday morning, October 22, 2025, at Anna's House in New Franken. He was born April 11, 1937, in Kewaunee County to the late Marcel J. and Alice J (Agamaite) Bouchonville. On June 28, 1958, Larry married Jane M. Sacotte at St. Francis Catholic Church, Brussels.

Larry served his country in the United States Army Reserves. He was in the construction industry for 70 plus years, retiring from Czech Construction in 2002. His enjoyments included travel, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Jane, and their two children, Lori Nimmer, Luxemburg, Jay (Caitlynn) Bouchonville, Watertown; four grandchildren, William Nimmer, James Nimmer, Rory Bouchonville, and Alice Menigoz; one brother, Ken (Marilyn) Bouchonville; one sister, Carol (Don) Drost; nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Forrest Nimmer; his parents; two sisters, Jane (James) Kerscher, Karen Bouchonville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ella and Wallace Tureur; father-in-law and mother-in-law Elmer and Pauline (Baudhuin) Sacotte.

Friends may call at St. Louis Church, Dyckesville, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025. Closing parish prayer service at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Visitation will continue between 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at St. Louis Church, Dyckesville. Funeral at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Antonio Palaya officiating. Burial to follow in the St. Louis Cemetery, Dyckesville.
