Norman A. Peters, 92, Green Bay, left this world very peacefully on Sunday morning, July 20, 2025. He was born in New Franken, on June 12, 1933, to the late Joseph J. and Anna A. (Pigeon) Peters. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict with an honorable discharge in May of 1957. On July 23, 1957, Norman married the love of his life Dolores A. Norman was a man drawn to the land. He loved planting crops, tending to them till the harvest. His garden was a sanctuary of vegetable sharing as he took pride in counting each bean he picked, year after year! Farming was his passion and loved his Belgian horses, Holstein and Guernsey cows. He looked forward to picking cherries each July along with an occasional parade in town, followed by an ice-cream cone. Sunday mornings were focused on attending Mass, in person or in his home, followed by the Polka-Polka show. He had the gift of "gab" and his stories of 92 years will remain with each of us. He was deeply proud of the work ethic, kindness, and love created in his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
